Pulse Programmer Error
We see this error every once in a while when people either move their system or the lab floors are cleaned and the spectrometer is not properly reconnected to the computer. When the error occurs, a seemingly unending list of error messages such as shown here:

In almost all cases, we have found that the gray flat ribbon cable (PPIO) connection between the computer and the spectrometer is not completely seated OR in some cases, some of the pins on the connector have been bent as a result of the cable being yanked out of the connector at an awkward angle or as a result of the cable being misinserted into the connector.
To remedy this problem, disconnect the gray ribbon cable from both the spectrometer and the computer, carefully examine both connectors to make sure there are no damaged pins. If there are damaged pins, contact Anasazi at 866-494-9369. If the pins are OK, reconnect the cable and re-start PNMR.
